Real Estate Agent

Currently seeking Real Estate Agents in Jacksonville/St Augustine, Orlando, and Broward County.

Responsible for buyer and seller activity as well as leads in your exclusive territory.

Our team-based approach provides you with an Inside Sales Associate, Virtual Agent, and Photographer to help you succeed.

Core Responsibilities - Listing Side:

  • Conduct seller consultations and review property features
  • Create pre-listing packages and CMA's for potential customers
  • List home by ensuring completion of paperwork and entry into MLS
  • Review and discuss all offers with the homeowner
  • Handle negotiations of price and terms
  • Confirm all contracts and addendum's are accurately completed
  • Partner with a Virtual Agent to ensure transaction completion
  • Provide the customer with a great experience

Core Responsibilities - Buying Side:

  • Conduct buyer consultations and explain the Home Change buying and rebate process
  • Provide the buyer with details of available homes and schedule property viewings
  • Create sales contracts and manage negotiations on buyer's behalf
  • Work with Virtual Agent ensuring transaction completion
  • Conduct final walk-through ensuring the property condition is ready for closing
  • Provide the customer with a great experience

About You:

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Possess 2+ years of Real Estate experience and completed 10+ closed listings and sales
  • Expert knowledge of the home buying and selling processes
  • Skilled in contract to close procedures
  • Outstanding priority management
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Virtual Agent

Core Responsibilities - Listing Side:

  • Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including listing contracts, home inspections, appraisal, mortgage, and closing process
  • Verify all documentation, including listing agreements and disclosures, are completed and signed
  • Request preliminary listing services
  • Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, repairs, cleaning, sign, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities
  • Provide sellers with weekly feedback from showings and marketing activities
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the corporate office for file compliance
  • Review the home inspection report with the home seller and buyer’s agent. Lead the negotiation process if negotiations are needed.
  • Manage low buyer's appraisals by negotiating or returning home to the market
  • Manage the pre-closing and closing process to ensure a smooth closing process

Core Responsibilities - Buying Side:

  • Oversee all aspects of the home buyer’s transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Coordinate home inspection, title, escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
  • Address home inspection by negotiating repairs and low appraisal issues by negotiating the sale price
  • Review loan approval with the home buyer
  • Provide constant communication and updates to customers, agents, title officer, lender, and all other relevant parties
  • Schedule moving and possession dates
  • Coordinate closing process
  • Input all necessary information into database and transaction management systems
  • Maintain and regularly update client database and transaction management systems
  • Report directly to MSA Manager

About You:

  • Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent
  • Possess 2+ years of Real Estate experience and have completed 10+ closing listings and sales
  • Proficient in contract to close procedures
  • Strong organizational, priority and project management skills
  • Detail oriented multi-tasker with great people skills
  • Excellent at problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
MSA Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the MSA team of Real Estate Agents, Virtual Agents, and Photographers
  • Review and resolve contract issues
  • Maintain inventory of lockboxes and signage
  • Manage team schedule ensuring constant coverage
  • Review contracts completed by team
  • Conduct weekly evaluations of listed homes and determine if price reductions are needed
  • Perform employee training and evaluations
  • Stay informed of revisions to local Real Estate board and MLS rules, regulations and policies. Submit changes to board or MLS as required.

About you:

  • State Brokers License
  • Member of the local Board and MLS
  • 10 Years of real estate experience
  • 2 Years of managing a real estate office
  • Great people and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • A member of the deployment team assists in launching new markets
  • Create and maintain a library of staff education videos
  • Train new employees on using software and company procedures
  • Report to COO

Inside Sales Associate

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make daily calls to Sellers who are expired in the MLS or For Sale By Owners
  • Set virtual consultations or listing appointments for Real Estate Agents
  • Serve as initial point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Review questionnaire with home buyers and sellers so that they are properly vetted
  • Email customers marketing materials including videos and pdfs
  • Maintain and regularly update customer information in CRM
  • Assign customers to appropriate MSA Manager

About you:

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task
